Although we carry out a careful quality control of all our items in the Wunderladen, it can unfortunately happen that an item is not working properly. In this case, please send an e-mail to: info@wunderlandkalkar.eu with a description of the problem, a photo and, if available, a picture of the receipt. We will contact you as soon as possible.

There is a nappy-changing room in the centre of the park. You can find the exact location on our park map.

In addition to our shady trees, there are many parasols and covered areas in the park. You can also buy sun cream and sunglasses in the Wunderladen (shop right at the entrance) to enjoy a carefree sunny day in the park.

Yes, there is a small "drop-off" bay to the right of the car park entrance. Please note that you can only stop there for a short time to get in and out of the car - you cannot stop or park there for longer.

Both the sauce for fried potatoes and the curry ketchup are vegan.

Smoking is prohibited in the park, especially in the queues, to ensure a healthy environment for children and adults.

Smoke only in the marked smoking areas.

Around the cooling tower in the park you have access to free WIFI.

With a preference, you can specify special wishes for your booked accommodation. For example, you can specify that you would like a room on the top or bottom floor or adjoining rooms.

Unfortunately, you cannot specify your preference directly when booking online. Please let us know your preference afterwards by e-mail.

Smoking is prohibited in Wunderland Kalkar's restaurants, hotel rooms and bars.

To smoke, please use the covered smoking areas in the outdoor areas of the hotel facilities and Sportsbar.

You can access free Wi-Fi in the hotel lobby.

You can easily order baby cots when booking your hotel room.

Wunderland Kalkar has handicapped-accessible rooms with standard beds and extra wide doors for easy access with a wheelchair. The spacious bathroom shower is at ground level and barrier-free, with a grab bar on the side and a plastic chair. There are also grab bars next to the toilet and the lowered sink.

Throughout Wunderland Kalkar, the all-inclusive principle applies. It is therefore not possible to book only an overnight stay. However, when booking, you can choose whether to book a package with or without park admission.

It is generally not possible to use the hotel facilities after your check-out at 10:00. If you still want to use the facilities after this time, you can book a late check-out. This gives you an extra meal on the day of your departure. You can find prices and further information on our pricing page.

Our hotel rooms and hotel facilities are only available to our guests after check-in from 15 PM. If you want to eat or use the facilities before this time, you can book an Early Bird check-in. All information and prices can be found on our booking page.

Sundays to Thursdays, the Kneipenstraße closes at 01.00 and Fridays and Saturdays at 02.00. After that, at least one of the bars remains open depending on the number of guests. To be able to buy drinks after this point, you need to purchase coins.

Please inform us of any food intolerances at the time of booking. We will ensure that a gluten-free, yeast-free, lactose-free or vegetarian meal is available during your stay.
