Security

At Wunderland Kalkar, German law and the norms and values customary in Germany apply. Every guest is requested to behave appropriately and follow the general rules of decency. Please consider your own safety and the safety of others during your visit, and respect the park's and other visitors' property. Avoid dangerous situations and always treat all fellow visitors with respect.

• For your and our safety and property, video surveillance is performed on the premises of Wunderland Kalkar.

• Please always follow the instructions of our staff and the safety instructions on the signs.

• Wunderland Kalkar reserves the right to carry out preventive searches, check bags and ask for a valid ID document for security reasons or if circumstances require it. Refusal may result in removal from the park.

• If the park is prematurely closed due to an unsafe situation, you are not entitled to a partial or full refund or compensation.

• For safety reasons and to protect the green spaces, entering areas outside the marked footpaths, paths, and picnic areas is forbidden.

• Swimming or bathing in the park's ponds, lakes and ditches is prohibited.

Attractions

• All attractions have safety regulations determined by an independent authority. These regulations are displayed at each attraction and must always be followed, as must the employees' instructions. Anyone who willfully disregards the instructions and user regulations may be prevented from entering the attraction.

• Certain attractions are subject to clothing, size, behavior and/or health requirements imposed by the authorities and TÜV to protect our guests. These rules also apply to guests with disabilities. If visitors are denied access to an attraction due to these criteria, Wunderland Kalkar will not provide a refund.

• If attractions cannot be used or operated due to maintenance or repair work or due to force majeure, such as strong winds, thunderstorms, etc., there is no entitlement to a partial or full refund of the admission price.
